All Ears Training is a Sarasota training and behavior business for dogs and cats, owned by head trainer Laska Parrow and co-owner James Coleman, who handles day-to-day business and marketing. Laska lists her credentials as CVT, CPDT-KA, ANWI, FDM and FFCP and is credited with over 20 years of training experience. Her background includes assistance dog training since 2000, seven years at a humane society teaching reactive and fearful dog classes, and more than four years as service dog program manager at South Eastern Guide Dogs. The company says she was the first trainer in America to train a dog to detect Covid-19.

Services

Sessions run in-home, online or by phone, covering behavior consults and modification for leash pulling, barking, separation anxiety and aggression, including dogs with bite history. K9 Nose Work sessions are offered for fun or trial prep, and cat services address scratching, aggression and litter box issues. Seasonal residents can continue over Zoom. The team's dogs serve as neutral dogs for reactive-dog clients.
