About Amy’s Dog Training

What they offer

Amy's Dog Training in Salinas brings more than three decades of experience to obedience, rehabilitation and behavior modification programs, using positive reinforcement and target training.

How training works

Training starts with a personalized consultation and begins at home, where the dog feels safe; once the basics are solid, sessions move to neighborhood walks, dog-friendly parks and patios. Dogs learn core, advanced and off-leash obedience, and the team works on aggression rehabilitation and behavior modification.

Programs

The training program covers obedience, service dog tasks, public access training, leash manners, recall and in-home manners. Private lessons and board and train are offered, and boarding is available. Programs include go-home lessons and follow-up support.
