Arcona Prep offers board & train programs (puppies stay with the trainer for 2-6 weeks), virtual consultations, and case-by-case in-home training. Topics include potty and crate training, manners (jumping, biting, counter-surfing), basic obedience (come, leave-it, sit, down, stay, place), and leash manners.

Approach

Courtney takes a family-centered approach, emphasizing that owners should "feel a new sense of control when your puppy returns," with a sharp attention and response to the handler as the top priority. Her background includes a license in social work and experience training 90+ puppies.
