About Best Dog Ltd.
What they offer
Best Dog Ltd. is an all-positive dog trainer in Monument run by Nora Birt. It offers private in-home sessions built around what the owner wants to work on, such as jumping on people, coming when called or loose-leash walking, group classes, a board and train in which the dog stays in the trainer's home, and separation anxiety training.
Credentials claimed
Nora lists the CTC (Certified in Training and Counseling) from Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainers and the CPDT-KA from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers.
What they can help with
Sessions in your own home, where many behavior problems actually happen.
Group classes
Train alongside other dogs to build focus around distractions.
Your dog stays with the trainer for an immersive, multi-week program.
Easing the panic and destruction some dogs feel when left home alone.
