About Beyond the Leash Dog Training

Training, sports and pet therapy downtown

Beyond the Leash is a dog training center at 115 West Gore Street in Orlando. It says it started in 2017 as a passion-driven business focused on affordable dog training, and it describes a balanced training approach with positive reinforcement as its primary method.

Group classes

Group classes run from puppy classes up to advanced obedience, with Canine Good Citizen and therapy dog certification classes. The center also runs AKC classes and private training.

Dog sports and pet therapy

For active dogs, Beyond the Leash offers competitive sports including dock diving, agility, barn hunt and lure coursing. It runs pet therapy services at its downtown lounge and on visits to local businesses, and it trains owners and dogs who want to become a pet therapy team through its classes and certifications. Day camp, boarding and grooming are also part of the menu.
