About Big Leap of Faith Dog Training & Services

Training in Cottage Grove

Big Leap of Faith Dog Training & Services is a Cottage Grove, MN training business owned and managed by Amber Eisfeld, who says she started her dog training journey 12 years ago. Teaching puppies and their owners is one of her favorite parts of the work.

Approach

Amber's approach is to use the method that best suits the dog and owner. She describes her training as positive and balanced, and all classes are taught using rewards, praise and lots of fun.

Services

Private puppy training for pups from 8 weeks to 6 months happens at home or another location and covers house training, leash walking, coming when called, chewing, jumping, digging and barking; private obedience training is offered for older dogs too. The Yips to Licks! puppy socialization class blends socialization with early obedience, and other group classes serve dogs of all ages and sizes. Board and train, behavior intervention for undesired behaviors and Canine Good Citizen testing round out the list.
