This is the first time I’ve have used this kennel. I was very happy with the service provided. Our dog was so happy when we picked him up. And in good spirits all day. They kept in contact with us through text messages. The owners were very polite and told us all about our dog’s stay. We got there just before they left for lunch and said they loved our dog and would like to keep him. Lol we will definitely be using them again.

Had my cat neutered and I couldn't keep her in the house for the week after surgery. I reached out to them and they were so helpful. The kittie will be getting some more surgeries for her teeth and mouth. I will be seeking their help in the future. I would recommend Big Time Kennels to anyone.

This is the first time using this kennel. They were extremely kind to us and our dog. They did keep in contact with me through text messages. When we came to pick him up he was so happy. I used to take my dog to a place where they didn't have access to an outdoor space. Big Times has an outdoor space that each dog can access through a dog door at the rear of their kennel & is fenced off on both sides & the back so they are completely safe. They are very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend them.
