I have been coming to Susan with my dogs since I got my very first gsd 8 years ago to my most recent rescues and taking my pit mix through her cgc so she can be a therapy dog. She is wonderful. Very patient with the dogs and owners learning to work with their dogs. I will recommend susan to anyone!

Susan is an amazing trainer. My golden retriever and I started with Susan for the very first class when she was a few months old all the way up through all the levels of puppy and adult classes, good citizen, tricks, and then getting my dog ready to test for her becoming a therapy dog for going into hospitals. I have known her for over 2 years. She is patient and kind and has a great approach with the dogs. My dog absolutely loves Susan. She constantly is trying new things to keep up to date with training. She offers classes and clinics. Unlike other places, she lets the dogs socialize and get exposed to each other, which I think is great! Highly recommend Susan.

We met Susan over two years ago when we enrolled our then 3 month old Cane Corso in puppy training classes. Through her classes our dog was able to earn the AKC Puppy Star and then the AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate. We like Susan's training style. She treats each dog as an individual and uses the technique of positive reinforcement. She trains the owner as well as the dog. She has also been aa good source of knowledgeable solutions for any issues that we've had. She conducts a weekly pack walk each week, which includes a training session at the end and we really enjoys these weekly walks.

I hired Susan Coleman “canine concierge” to help me with my new pitbull puppy Because she was pulling and so strong that Ive had to pay Someone to walk her because I already had a pitbull that I rescued from a very neglectful situation that I had to walk.
Susan came and right away I was put at ease.She is a master at what she does and I thought only my puppy would benefit but as it turns out My older pitbull who I thought was beyond help has reaped The most benefit!!!!!
Whenever she would see another dog, she would pull on the leash with all her might and start screaming, which would make such a spectacle and she was really hard to control. Now I can walk her without pulling, and we walk right past houses with dogs and she completely ignores them!!!!

Susan’s eye to detail is what really impresses me. Things that I would never have thought of she recognizes immediately.

Not only is she available through the lesson but she also includes any questions or phone calls or texts where you need to communicate with her at any time about anything!!! That Has proved so! Beneficial to me also!!! She even includes my puppy in PACK Walks so she can be socialized around other dogs as she’s developing… Something that I would’ve never been able to do on my own.
