About Country Inn Pet Resort & Animal Hospital

Pet resort and animal hospital in Davie

Country Inn Pet Resort & Animal Hospital is a family-owned pet resort and veterinary hospital under one roof at 2100 S Flamingo Road in Davie. Its doors opened in 2006, and the facility sits on 8 acres in a non-evacuation zone, with a hurricane-proof building, impact glass, three generators that power the whole facility, staff overnight with the pets and a vet technician living on the premises. The animal hospital is AAHA accredited.

Services

Country Inn's five main services are its animal hospital, dog and cat boarding, doggy daycare or private spa, professional grooming and dog training, with its own team of trainers and a training request form for new clients. Dogs at the resort have multiple play areas and large fields, two salt-chlorinated pools including a bone-shaped pool for larger breeds and a shallow pool for smaller ones, and a splash pad waterpark. Suites are laid out so that no dog faces another.

Hours

Resort hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm. Call the resort at 954-424-6000.

What to ask

Ask what training programs the trainers run, which methods they use, whether training can be combined with boarding or daycare, and what it costs.
