D is for Doggy – Hudson Yards
Overview
About D is for Doggy – Hudson Yards
D is for Doggy's Hudson Yards facility is at 493 10th Avenue and states on its own site that it operates as an independent boutique — it keeps its own domain and its own email address, separate from the other shops trading under the name, which is why it is listed here on its own.
Training
The facility publishes private training sessions with an in-house trainer, covering new puppy training, basic obedience, separation anxiety and, in their phrase, a myriad of issues beyond that. The trainer also offers breed counseling for owners deciding what dog to bring home — advice before the decision rather than after it.
Puppy group classes
The most specific offer is a puppy group class for puppies aged 8 to 16 weeks, deliberately scheduled inside the vaccination brackets so socialization can happen safely at the age it matters. The curriculum is basic puppy cues plus a weekly topic — housebreaking and leash walking are the two named.
The rest of the business
Daycare, grooming, boarding, walking and transportation are the other services, with a live puppy cam, published pricing and online registration. Boarding is priced by length of stay, starting at $60 a night and dropping for stays of four nights or more.
Getting in touch
Class information and registration run through the facility's own email address rather than a central brand contact.
