Boarding lodge with training in Redmond

Deschutes Pet Lodge is a dog and cat boarding lodge with two Redmond locations, at 6335 SW Canal Blvd and 11100 W Hwy 126, serving Bend and Redmond. It has cared for Central Oregon pet families since 1978 and is locally owned and second-generation family operated. Alongside boarding and grooming, it runs daycare and training programs built around each pet's needs.

Training programs

Puppy Preschool, for puppies 3 to 12 months, is a 6-week program two days a week from 8:30am to 4:30pm that teaches sit, stay, down, heel and loose leash walking, with puppy group enrichment through the day ($840 for the 6-week package). Secondary School reinforces basic commands around common distractions and focuses on behaviors that matter to the owner, such as recall or placing.

Daycare and play

The Group Enrichment program engages dogs physically, mentally and emotionally in small groups after an evaluation ($40 full day, $28 half day, with discount packages). Day Stays start at $28 and Personal Playtimes at $10. All breeds are welcome, and the team can cater to rescue dogs with anxiety or aggressive behaviors.
