About Dog Boarding

Home-based boarding and day training in Deerfield

Home Sweet Home Dog Boarding & Grooming is a small, home-based facility in Deerfield. Owner Katelyn has worked in the canine industry for 10 years, with experience in animal care, licensed grooming, doggy daycares and dog training, and she keeps a pack of German Shepherds and Belgian Malinois. The 1200 sq ft renovated facility sits behind the owner's home, with climate control, overnight suites, grooming, daycare and fenced play yards.

Services

Services include overnight boarding, acclimation nights, grooming and day training. Boarding guests get one-on-one time throughout the day and unlimited potty walks, and dogs are not kenneled all day. Single suites are 5×5 ft and multi-dog suites 10×5 ft for dogs from the same household. Dog-friendly guests can join daycare playgroups for an added daily cost, and solo add-ons are available for dogs who prefer people. All breeds, ages and temperaments are accepted, by appointment only.
