About Dog Training Elite Kansas City

About Dog Training Elite Kansas City

Dog Training Elite Kansas City is the local franchise of a national training company, reachable on 816-308-6985 and offering a free assessment. The about page describes the company as "Founded by a dedicated family of dog owners" and claims "over 45 years of proven experience" across the brand, with a stated focus on "teaching dogs to perform at their best, even amidst the toughest distractions". The Kansas City page is headed "In-Home Dog Training in Kansas City, MO".

Programs

The program menu covers obedience training, puppy training, service dog training, therapy dog training, anxiety and aggression, and group classes. The classes page adds four formats: camps, described as "dog boot camps in Kansas City, MO" providing an immersive experience for "complex behavioral issues"; puppy classes covering basic obedience, socialization and manners; an obedience school track from basic commands to advanced behaviors; and an academy "ideal for preparing dogs for service work".

What it works on

The site lists the specific problems it takes: leash walking and heel training, barking, aggression and reactivity, separation anxiety, jumping and hyperactivity, sit and stay, destructive chewing and digging, recall, boundary training, vehicle behavior and task training. The stated philosophy is that "sustained obedience comes from empowering owners and their dogs to build strong, lasting bonds through training", and that the company works with dogs "of any breed, size or age".

Service dog work

Service dog training is given its own emphasis, with the site saying it is "Built on 40+ years of experience" – again a franchise-level claim rather than a Kansas City one.
