What they offer

Dogs With Liz offers private in-home training, drop-in day training in which the trainer works one-on-one with your dog while you are out, and boarding at her Bellevue home, which has an acre of fenced yard. Training can be added to any boarding stay as board and train, covering a puppy head start, manners and obedience, leash skills and pulling, reactivity and over-excitement, and fearful or shy dogs.

Approach and background

Training is force free and science based. Liz writes that she started training dogs around 15 years ago volunteering on the Seattle Humane Society's Behavior and Socialization Team, where she took on challenging behavior cases. She boards one client at a time.
