About Duck Band Retrievers Inc

Retrievers in duck country

Duck Band Retrievers, Inc. is a family owned and operated professional full-time training facility in Northeast Arkansas, "in the heart of duck hunting country." The program aims to produce top-quality retrievers, whether a dog is headed for life as a hunting companion or a hunt test champion. Lance Vines and Tucker Vines lead the training.

The grounds

The facility sits on nearly 100 acres of training ground with varied terrain and multiple technical ponds, and the team has access to hundreds of additional acres for other training scenarios.

Hunt tests and titles

Duck Band competes in UKC hunt tests, AKC hunt tests and field trials, and Super Retriever Series events. It says its retrievers have earned hundreds of titles, including two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers with breed-history firsts.

Also offered

Obedience training and boarding are available at the facility.
