About FurBabies Resort and Spa

What they offer

FurBabies Resort and Spa is a pet resort whose services include dog boarding, doggie daycare, grooming and dog training; this location is on East Indian School Road in Scottsdale. Its training page offers day training from Tuesday to Friday for dogs from 4 months old, in multi-week packages, and a five-week group training program that meets one evening a week and covers sit and focus, leave it, take it, drop it, down, heel, come and stay, ending with a graduation day. A potty training day program is recommended for new puppies.

Approach

The site says its certified trainers use only positive and scientifically proven methods, including counter conditioning, desensitization and rewarding good choices.

Good to know

Dogs must be current on vaccinations. The site notes that its dog treadmill service runs only at its Paradise Valley location, so ask which location holds the training program you want.
