About Huntsville Kennel Club

What they offer

The Huntsville Kennel Club is an AKC-licensed all-breed club that promotes the sport of purebred dogs, and its home page says it has been running conformation classes, with a class schedule on the site. To attend a class, the page asks you to confirm with the class contact by the stated deadline, and says that without confirmation an instructor may not be present. Conformation classes prepare dogs and handlers for the show ring; ask whether obedience or pet-manners classes are offered too.

Membership

The home page describes the membership process – attending meetings, applying and paying annual dues – and says monthly meetings are held at a meeting hall in Madison, with a video option for those who cannot attend. The club lists shows and a calendar of events on its site.
