About Kind Dog Training

Ways to work together

Kind Dog Training offers behavior consulting, in-home or over Zoom, for reactivity, fear, anxiety, aggression, leash walking and manners, with first steps and a safety plan where needed. Private lessons, also in-home or online, cover the same issues along with everyday manners.

Programs and classes

For dogs that need more practice than an owner's calendar allows, it runs weekday day training and stay-and-train programs that end in a coaching handoff. The trainer, Lana, also teaches Puppy Play and Train and Awesome Adolescence group classes at the San Diego Humane Society's San Diego campus, and offers training walk packages for leash walking and calmer choices around distractions.

Approach

Training is force-free and Fear Free, and the business serves Oceanside and North County San Diego.
