Training

The Training page says training is about more than obedience – it is about clear communication, mutual respect and lifelong confidence – and that its programs are led by professionals who understand canine behavior. It describes an approach rooted in positive reinforcement and evidence-based methods, for new puppies, problem behaviors and skill building. Every program is customized and begins with a paws-on evaluation.

Background

The About page describes a family legacy in pet care going back to Pet & Prim Parlor, which it says was launched in Columbia's Roosevelt Village in 1967.
