About Paws Learn in Paradise

What they offer

Paws Learn in Paradise is a home-based board and train in North County: dogs sleep in the trainers' home, share family dinners and travel around San Diego as part of training. The team takes only a few dogs at a time.

Training focus

The trainers specialize in behavior modification, including human aggression, dog reactivity and fearful dogs, and welcome dogs of all ages and sizes. Board and train and private lesson packages both cover house manners, leash manners, socialization, public skills, working around distractions and off-leash control.

Problems addressed

Common issues include jumping, barking, digging, chewing, running away, counter surfing, pulling on the leash, fear, separation anxiety and territorial or dog aggression. Payment plans are available.
