Sanford's Petco at 2201 WP Ball Blvd (store 2703) offers in-store dog training. Call (407) 302-3456. The training schedule runs Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM-9:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM.
Six-week group classes
Hour-long group classes pair each dog with up to four other dogs and their owners. Four levels are offered: Puppy (8-16 weeks: potty training, socialization, sit, down, come), Beginner (16 weeks-6 months: loose-leash walking, leave it, wait, tricks), Fundamentals (6+ months: core cues and curbing jumping and barking) and Advanced (6+ months: heel, recall with distractions, polite greetings).
Private sessions
One-on-one sessions of 45 minutes, led by a certified trainer, offer flexible scheduling and a customized plan, sold as an introductory lesson for new customers or in 4- and 6-session packs.
