What a Saugus class teaches

Saugus puppies in the 8-16-week group work on house training and socializing, and learn early cues like "sit" and "come." Beginner dogs, up to six months, review those and add "leave it," "wait," tricks and games. Fundamentals, from six months, adds walking without pulling and works on jumping and barking. Saugus's Advanced level asks for heel, polite greetings and coming when called despite distractions. Saugus groups meet in hour-long classes across six weeks.

Private option

Store 3795 also books private time with a certified Saugus trainer, 45 minutes a session, starting with an introductory lesson for new customers and moving into Saugus packages of four or six sessions.
