About Premier Gundogs Training Kennel, INC.

Gun dog training in Hallam

Premier Gundogs Training Kennel is a state licensed, full service gun dog training facility at 3400 W Pella Road in Hallam, owned and operated by Dale and Kris Taylor. Its programs aim to train dogs to a "True" hunting level and are designed around the dog's age, the type of hunting done and the level of training desired.

Methods and programs

The kennel describes its methods as time-tested and low pressure, setting dogs up to succeed so they build confidence and develop their natural hunting instincts. Programs include foundation puppy training for all breeds of gun dogs; retriever training and spaniel training from started through finished for dove, upland and waterfowl; and pointing dog training from started through finished. Fall Flight's Boykin Spaniels, a Boykin Spaniel Society breeder, is part of the kennel, which is also an authorized dealer of training equipment through Grain Valley Dog Supply.
