About Presentable K-9

A training facility first, in Plainfield

Presentable K-9 runs from 10038 Clow Creek Rd, Suite A in Plainfield and sells four services: structured daycare, Dog Day School, Board & Train and boarding. The site is direct about the ordering: “We’re a training facility first. Every playgroup is intentional, energy is managed, and our team reinforces calm, respectful behavior throughout the day.”

Dog Day School and Board & Train

Dog Day School is described as “hands-on weekday training that builds manners, confidence, and everyday reliability,” sold in 5-day, 10-day and 15-day blocks that the site says build on each other — foundation obedience first, then consistency and impulse control, then reliability around everyday distractions and social situations. Drop-off is 7–9 AM and pick-up 2–4 PM, and the home page notes payment plans are available. Board & Train is offered as “immersive training with consistent daily practice for dogs needing focused support.”

Daycare and who it suits

Daycare dogs are “grouped by temperament, size, and play style,” with a required temperament assessment for new clients. Unusually, the site publishes a list of dogs it may not suit, including dogs who “may need specialized support for significant aggression or reactivity,” dogs overwhelmed by groups, and dogs who “may benefit from one-on-one training first.” The home page claims “10,000+ Dogs Trained” and “17 Years Experience,” and the published client testimonials credit the board and train work to a trainer the clients call Andrea.
