About PUPS Pet Club

Training inside a multi-club Chicago pet care group

PUPS Pet Club runs a network of clubs across the city — the site lists Gold Coast, Lakeshore East, Lakeview, River North, South Loop, Streeterville and Wicker Park — and this is the Lakeview / Lincoln Park club. The offering is framed as end to end: "From playtime to pampering, we have your furry friend covered."

Services

Training is described as "positive, reward-based lessons for manners and confidence," with a choice of "private coaching or group classes that fit your schedule." It sits alongside daycare (social playtime, outdoor breaks and rest), grooming ("baths, trims, and styling tailored to your pet's coat and comfort" with gentle products and "calm, careful handling") and overnights in what the site calls cozy suites, with evening walks and quiet time. Bookings are made online or by phone, and the clubs run webcams so owners can watch in.

Who runs the club

The Lakeview page introduces Gaby Smith as Club Manager, describing herself as "a Chicagoan born and bred with a passion for pups that goes back to grammar school" and citing over 11 years in the canine life industry. Anyone booking training should ask which trainer covers this club and what their credentials are.
