About River Dog Retrievers

Gun dogs in Snake River country

River Dog Retrievers in Rexburg trains retrievers for waterfowl and upland hunting and lists itself as established in 1994. Owner and head trainer Glen Cropper and the team cite over thirty years training hunter-dog teams, 160+ ribbons and many titles won. Training takes place near Rexburg and Idaho Falls at locations across Eastern Idaho, and every dog stays in a modern, climate-controlled indoor kennel. The program specializes in gun dogs for upland, waterfowl or both, plus hunt test and young field trial dogs, and owners are encouraged to participate from start to finish.
