About Sam The Dog trainer

What they offer

Sam Basso is a professional dog trainer in Gilbert who provides private in-home dog training throughout the Phoenix East Valley and most of the Phoenix metro area. Work starts with an evaluation and can lead into his basic obedience course or a plan for a specific behavior problem.

How he trains

His BASSO Method begins by understanding why a behavior is happening and then builds an individualized training plan for the dog and family in the home where the problem occurs.

Distance learning

For owners who want to work alone, his training videos give step-by-step instruction for common problems, starting with a house-training program. Tell him about your dog through the site and he will talk through whether private in-home training is the right next step.
