The emphasis throughout its site is on behavior work rather than class-and-certificate obedience.

What they work on

The published list of behavior problems is specific: hyperactivity, fear, anxiety, aggression, resource guarding, separation anxiety, leash aggression and leash reactivity. Alongside those it names the everyday nuisance behaviors – general disobedience, counter surfing, leash pulling, barking, running away, digging and mouthing.
