Starmark Animal Behavior Center, formerly known as Triple Crown Dog Academy, sits just minutes from Austin and serves Hutto and Central Texas. It says it has been part of the Central Texas community since 1997 and is locally owned and operated, while hosting students and dogs from all over the world.

Training options

Starmark offers stay and train, group classes, private lessons and day school, and a free training evaluation for owners unsure which option fits. Group classes on its schedule include AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy, Basic Obedience, CGC and Agility, and prepayment is required for group classes.

The facility

The 200-kennel boarding facility has climate-controlled indoor suites with outdoor patios, play yards, a beach club activity area with a swimming pool, bathing and therapeutic canine massage. Kennel staff are Certified Fear Free Pet Professionals. Daycare and a pro shop are also on site, and new boarding clients get the first night free. Office hours are Monday to Friday 7am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
