About Superior Dog Training, Atlanta

What they do

Superior Dog Training publishes a wide service list: group training classes, dog obedience classes, a doggy boarding boot camp, advanced obedience, problem solving, house breaking and prevention, protection, in-home training, dog walking, aggression prevention and puppy training. The business presents itself as mobile and in-home across metro Atlanta, and says it conducts in-home evaluations before a program starts.

Method

The method is stated plainly and repeatedly: “Superior Dog Training does NOT use choke, pinch, prong, or e-collars. We use no forcing or bribery for obedience training. We work with consistent energy over a point of reference system for daily management and leadership.” Programs are described as splitting in two — dog psychology for the dog, and methodology for the owner — so the owner can maintain the behavior afterward.
