About The Rebellious Dog – Professional Dog Training

What they offer

The Rebellious Dog provides dog training and pet care throughout Oro Valley, Marana and the greater Tucson area. Alongside training it offers enrichment and exercise outings, in-home pet sitting and overnight care, and pet transportation to vet, grooming and daycare appointments.

How they train

The founder, Charlie, tailors training to each dog's personality, behavior, environment and the relationship the owner wants, and looks at what is happening underneath behaviors such as pulling, reacting, shutting down or trouble settling. The about page stresses knowing how to fit and use training tools properly and when a tool is not right for a dog.

About the trainer

Charlie has spent six years in dog training and pet care, and with his own dog has earned advanced trick titles, Canine Good Citizen and a therapy dog certification.
