About The Spot by NutriSource

A training facility with a mission

The Spot by NutriSource is a 14,600-square-foot pet care facility at 7600 69th Ave N in Greenfield, serving the Greenfield and Rockford area with dog training, playcare, boarding, grooming and mobile grooming under one roof. It was opened in 2023 by KLN Family Brands, a Perham, Minnesota company, as a way to give back to veterans and first responders. Revenue from visits helps fund its mission of providing service dog training to veterans and first responders free of charge to the recipient.

Training

The Spot offers individually tailored training programs built around each dog's and owner's specific needs and goals. Rylie Stenstrom is head dog trainer.

Care services

Boarding options range from standard kennels to suites, playcare gives dogs room to sniff, fetch and play, and grooming covers everything from a full bath and blowout to a nail trim. The facility also sells NutriSource foods and treats. Hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays.
