TLC Dog Trainer, LLC is Donna Gleason's professional in-home dog training business in Sherman, serving upper Fairfield and lower Litchfield counties. Donna describes herself as a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC) with over 20 years of teaching and training experience, and sums up her philosophy as "Efficient, Effective and Fun!" Programs and fees

TLC offers group training, private training and service dog training. Private sessions are $170 for 60 minutes in person, and a customized plan typically involves a commitment of four sessions. The Puppy Package (4 sessions) covers basic obedience, recall, bite inhibition, touch desensitization and public manners. There is customized training for unruly adolescents and customized behavior modification for separation anxiety, fear-based behavior, destruction, barking and canine or interspecies acclimation. Every plan is built around what the client can realistically follow through on in daily life.
