What they publish

The FAQ answers the range directly: "We offer a range of services including boarding, day boarding, day training, train and board, and private training, all tailored to meet the needs of your dog and family." Method is stated just as plainly – "We use balanced training techniques" – and expanded elsewhere as "rewarding good behavior and setting fair, clear boundaries. By combining positive reinforcement with gentle corrections, we help dogs become well-mannered, confident and responsive in any environment." The site also advertises "pickup and drop-off service for daycare! $20/day round trip."

The trainers

Julie Sullivan was "born and raised in Murfreesboro," took a bachelor's degree in Animal Science at the University of Tennessee and later a master's in Nursing, working as an RN before changing career. She and her daughter "attended Kennelwood Academy in Union, Missouri, where we trained to become professional dog trainers." Mary Kate Sullivan writes that she "graduated from an intensive six-month program at Kennelwood Academy for Professional Dog Trainers."

The facility

The building is described as having "clean private boarding areas, indoor training center, 100% climate controlled for your dog's comfort, and all outside areas fully fenced for your dog's safety," with "trained staff on-premises 24/7," and the site notes that the owners and trainers live on the premises. Multi-pet discounts apply where dogs share a kennel: "the second pet receives a daily discount depending on kennel size."
