Top Dog Dog Training is a home-based dog training and boarding business in Pleasant Grove run by trainers Bart and Jeff, serving Salt Lake, Utah, Summit and Weber counties. Both are certified graduates of Innovative K9 Academy, where they met while working with their own reactive dogs. Dogs in its board and train and boarding stay in the trainers' home, with a maximum of four dogs at a time.

Programs

The 24-day Board & Train has the dog live with the trainers for four weeks, training several times a day on behavior, socialization, obedience and confidence before everything is transferred to the owner. The 8-week 1-on-1 program coaches owners, starting at home and moving to parks and real-world distractions. Puppy School covers socialization, foundations and manners for puppies under 6 months. Boarding includes crate time, yard time, a daily walk and free training reinforcement. A free evaluation is offered.
