What they offer

Xavier's Training is run by Javier, who has trained dogs in the Inland Empire since 2017 from a location on Church Street in Highland, which he shares with a pet supply store he and his wife opened the same year.

Classes

A four-class Basic Obedience course is for puppies from four months and owners who want better control, covering eye contact, sit, stay, place, heel, come, on-leash walking and socializing, with obstacles and games. Single group classes work as a refresher or a first look, and AKC group classes are also offered.

Personal training

One-on-one classes at the store are tailored to a dog's behavior, breed and age and suit newly rescued dogs and dogs with aggression, high energy or skittishness. Personal classes at home address specific problems such as territorial behavior or issues with other pets and guests.
