About Zoom Room Dog Training

An indoor training gym on Main Street

Zoom Room Williamsburg is an indoor dog training gym at 5129 Main Street in Williamsburg. It also lists Toano, Newport News, Yorktown and Lanexa as areas served. Owners learn alongside their dogs in every class, and there are no drop-off programs.

How it works

Instead of a rigid six-week course, the gym runs on a flexible schedule with evening, weekend and weekday classes booked in advance. New clients begin with a free 30-minute orientation, which covers how the gym works, the training philosophy and clicker basics, or with a 30-minute evaluation that includes the dog.

Programs

The location lists puppy training, obedience classes, agility training and dog socialization, plus tricks and scent work. Playgroups, parties and gym time round out the social side.

Method

The location page describes science-backed methods and positive reinforcement only.

Hours

The gym is open seven days: Monday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 7pm.

What to ask

Ask which classes fit your dog's age and level, how class passes or memberships are priced, and whether an orientation or an evaluation is the better first step for your dog.
