What they publish

The service menu is Home Dog Training, Dog Behavior Training, Puppy Training and the Stand Rite No Bite dog safety program. The Knoxville page introduces the local trainer by name – "Schedule Your Local Training Session Today with Connie Pinkerton" – and presents her as a dog trainer and dog behavior therapist.

How the training runs

Training happens at the client's house: "We teach in your home, where your dog feels the most secure." The published method statement is that they "don't rely on bribes or punishment" and work from "respect, leadership, and trust". A tailored plan per dog and per household schedule is promised, along with a Life of Dog Support Guarantee under which the local trainer remains reachable for the dog's lifetime at no additional cost on the Gold Service.

Who it suits

The behavior list they publish is long and specific: aggression, adjusting to a new home, barking, biting, chewing, destruction, digging, focus and listening, housebreaking, confidence, jumping, leash pulling, marking, new-baby preparation, obsessiveness, tension with other pets, running away, separation anxiety and in-house sibling rivalry. For prices, the site routes to a free behavioral quiz and a phone consultation.
