K9 Hotline is a small in-home training business based in Flowery Branch, co-owned by Samantha Jordan, who the site says began training professionally some three years before the page was written after a lifetime around dogs.

Training in the place the problem happens

The organizing idea of the business is that training belongs where the behavior actually occurs. Sessions start in the home, on the grounds that structure, rules and obedience learned there carry into everyday life, and then move into public so the dog is reliable around people, other dogs and noise.

What is covered

Four strands are published. Puppy work covers leash skills, crate work, calm behavior and basic commands. Behavioral work targets reactivity, aggression, fear and anxiety through controlled exposure. Obedience covers sit, down, recall, place and leash manners held under distraction. Public sessions test all of it outside the house.
