About Tazmanian K-9 Training

Tazmanian K-9 runs its training arm as part of a foundation rather than as a straightforward commercial school, and both sides show on the site: there are Donate and Get Involved pages next to the service list.

What is taught

The training page covers obedience and behavior work for all breeds and ages, with the stated aim of building the relationship rather than just installing commands: addressing specific behavioral issues, teaching basic obedience, or advancing skills further. Board-and-train and leash work are both named.

Service dogs

The distinctive part is the service dog stream, which has a formal application on the site rather than an enquiry form. If you are looking for a service dog rather than a better-behaved pet, the application route is unusual locally and worth knowing about.

Structure

The site names a team and a founder page, lists sponsors, and separates services from training, which suggests the foundation does more than the training arm alone.
