About Confident K9 Academy

What they offer

Confident K9 Academy on East Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley helps owners fix pulling, barking, jumping and disobedience with calm, structured training aimed at the root of the behavior. Training is tailored to each dog and focused on real-world situations, so the dog learns to behave at home, in the neighborhood and around distractions.

Programs

The academy offers board and train by the week or as a full program, open training sessions, group classes and Day School, where outings in public settings teach the dog to behave in different environments and around people and other animals. One-on-one sessions can be booked online or in person, starting with an evaluation. Daycare and overnight boarding are also offered.

About the trainers

The lead trainer, Kass, says she has more than 13 years of experience with pet dogs and with narcotic and bomb detection dogs, and aims for well-rounded, balanced dogs.
