About One-2-One Dog Training

In-home training from Notus

One-2-One Dog Training & Services is run from Notus by dog trainer Paul Leavitt and focuses on personalized in-home training. Working in the home lets the trainer see the issues firsthand, spot likely triggers and involve the whole family in a stress-free setting. The first session covers an assessment of the dog, the behavior issues and concerns, the owner's expectations and a plan to meet the owner's goals.

Services

Paul specializes in behavioral management, including food, fear, people, territorial and dog-on-dog aggression, working out the type of aggression and its triggers to build a plan. Basic obedience covers sit, stay, come, down, leash etiquette and manners at feeding time and around others. Specialty training helps a dog fit its family's lifestyle, such as getting into the bathtub or vehicle on command, not rushing out the door, or handling several dogs at feeding. Puppy training includes crate training and early commands, and a breed consultation service helps families choose the right dog.
