Luke is amazing. Not only did he provide my best friend in the world, Yoshi, he also is always there to answer questions. We have had Luke help us with leash obedience and he has boarded Yoshi for vacations. Never anything but excellence. He truly cares about dogs and possibly knows even more about them.

I don't have enough good things to say about Luke and his business. I have a 10 month old Dutch Shepherd puppy. At 6 months old, I started to notice some leash reactivity and just a lack of confidence in general. I was concerned because as far as I knew, I was doing all the "right" things in terms of socializing and puppy classes. After doing extensive research, I found K9 Ohio. I really liked what I saw and Luke was quick to answer any and all of my questions. I was apprehensive about sending my puppy, Henri, away for 3 weeks but Luke reassured me and even provided references. All of them also had great things to say which helped put my mind at ease.

When Henri was there, Luke would send me frequent updates/videos on his progress and I could also see what Henri was up to on Luke's Instagram. We picked up our boy a few days ago and all I can say is WOW. He is doing so much better and is learning to become more responsive to commands. I say this because it is a continued work in progress, but Luke laid down a great foundation to build upon. Henri stays close by even off leash which was a huge struggle beforehand.

If you are considering sending your dog to Luke, you won't regret it. It's an investment that is so worth it if you're having any concerns about your dog. I live 3 hours away from Grove City and it was still worth it to me. If we ever go on vacation, I'm so happy and relieved to have found someone that I 1) trust and 2) can handle my crazy boy. Thank you Luke!

Luke and the K-9 Ohio team are so passionate about what they do and really put the work in with any dog they get the chance to work with.

My dog Charlie has done full on-leash and off-leash obedience training with Luke and people always rave about how well behaved he is.

Charlie also goes to daycare at K-9 Ohio three times a week. He gets tons of play and exercises time in their big yard while I’m at work and I get to come home to a happy and sleepy pup.

K-9 Ohio is also very reasonably priced so you’re not breaking the bank to keep your dog happy and healthy.

I would recommend Luke and K-9 Ohio to anyone looking for a fantastic and trustworthy trainer and/or boarding facility.

I can’t say enough about the great care and training our dog Hetty received at board and train with Luke.

Hetty is 7 months old and deaf and visually impaired. She is talented, but requires creativity in her training.

I am amazed at how much she accomplished in 2 weeks. She is gaining in confidence and patience and came home so well conditioned. She is working on at liberty and off leash with aids, and is so mature and calm.

She loves Luke and his canine and human trainers.

As important as the training, Luke helps prepare the family. to accept the gift of a calm and trained dog with a very practical approach.

The best investment in a happy family dog is great training!

Thanks Luke!

I wish I could give Luke at K9 Ohio more than 5 stars! My husband and I worked with our GSP for a year, and she even passed an obedience class in Columbus even though we saw little to no change. I saw Luke training dogs at a local dog park and was amazed at what I saw. I was skeptical to send our family dog away for 2 weeks and worried it would change her personality. We were at out wits end and neither our dog nor us were happy. After 2 weeks with Luke, our dog came back transformed! She is her same spunky self but is obedient and able to be off leash in public. It has changed our family dynamics. Luke continues to provide support whenever we have questions. Our dog loves going to see him at daycare!
