About Matt’s animal training and care

What they offer

Matt's animal training & care has served Las Cruces since February 2021. The trainer, Matthias Sanchez, trains dogs in basic obedience, advanced obedience and service animal work. Training takes place in the owner's home or at a public place the owner chooses, indoors or outdoors; once the dog is comfortable, service dog training moves out to parks and inside stores. The business also offers pet sitting and dog walks.

How they train

The site says he uses positive reinforcement to train both the owner and the dog, with treats, toys or whatever motivates the dog.

Getting started

Sessions are booked online at least a day ahead, and the site says payment is taken in person by cash or card.
