About Emily’s K9 Training

What they offer

Emily's K9 Training works from a ranch on Sloan Canyon Road in Castaic. Its owner, Emily, is a certified dog trainer with more than a decade of experience in Arizona, Nevada and Los Angeles County, and has trialed her own dogs in Schutzhund (IGP) and earned American Kennel Club certifications.

Programs

The Board & Train program gives a dog focused, personalized training in a structured ranch environment while the owner is away. The Puppy Program is for fully vaccinated dogs two years old and under. The Behavior Modification Program helps dogs that growl, snap, bite or show aggression toward people or other animals. Private and group dog training are also offered, and the business works on reactivity, anxiety, nipping, excessive barking, pulling, jumping and advanced off-leash control.
