About SafeK9 – Dog Training Tampa

Personal dog training in Tampa

SafeK9 is a Tampa dog training company (33614) established in 2014 by owner and head trainer Luis Safe, who brings over a decade of experience. The SafeK9 team provides personal dog training, rehabilitation and canine concierge services across the Greater Tampa Bay Area, with a focus on teaching clients how to train, understand and stimulate their dogs.

Programs

Work usually starts with an in-home evaluation, priced at $99, in which the head trainer observes the dog at home and builds a customized plan. K9 Foundation Training covers trust, boundaries and leash consistency with positive reinforcement. Puppy Pre-K is a marker-training program for puppies up to 6 months. Other programs include behavioral therapy, on-leash obedience, off-leash obedience and service dog training for tasks such as mobility assistance, medical alerts and anxiety support. The K9 Boarding School offers board and train programs of 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks with daily sessions, a debriefing and follow-up sessions; the 6-week option adds public access training.

Concierge and discounts

Concierge services include visits and walks, stimulation sessions, field trips and vet visits. SafeK9 offers military, rescue dog and first responder discounts, and financing is available.
