About The Pawlished K9

In-home balanced training in Tampa

The Pawlished K9 (TPK9) is an in-home dog training business in Tampa serving Tampa, St. Pete and surrounding areas. Its mission is an unbreakable bond between dog and owner, and every client gets a customized plan built on balanced training with innovative techniques to eliminate undesired behaviors and teach obedience. The trainers teach owners that dogs have a hierarchical life structure and show them how to lead their dog, starting in the home. Programs suit all ages and breeds, with one-on-one guidance and flexible scheduling.

Programs

The Puppy Potty Training Schedule is a personalized schedule built from a questionnaire about the owner's lifestyle and the puppy's needs, and includes positive crate training. The Foundation Program targets reactivity, aggression, destruction, separation anxiety, jumping, excessive barking and digging, sets boundaries such as leash walking, place and crate training, and teaches sit, down, stay, come and heel at home and in public. The Off-Leash Program is for dogs that have mastered the basics and covers advanced commands and off-leash control.
