About Next Wave Canine

In-home training in Sarasota

Next Wave Canine is a Sarasota dog training business offering professional in-home training and behavior modification throughout Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice. Its owner, Anthony, was born and raised in Sarasota and has been professionally training dogs for over four years, with a main focus on dogs with moderate to severe behavior issues such as anxiety, aggression and fear.

Programs

Puppy Foundations is an in-home program focused on socialization, house training and obedience. Basic and advanced obedience sessions, offered as Fundamentals and Masters, refine manners and fix habits like jumping and barking, up to total off-leash reliability. The behavior modification program addresses anxiety, reactivity, fear and aggression by building trust and confidence through clear communication.

Philosophy

Next Wave Canine says its training is built on strengthening the bond between owner and dog through trust, understanding and clear communication, with a strong foundation for lasting results. The goal is to help owners reach their outcomes and give them the knowledge and skills to keep a positive, lifelong relationship with their dog.
