About Affordable Compassionate Dog Training llc

In-home help for hard cases

Affordable Compassionate Dog Training is a Margate-based in-home trainer, run by Avi, who focuses on reactive, anxious and adopted dogs across Broward and Palm Beach County. The pitch is aimed at dogs that bark, lunge and pull, and at owners who tried other training without results. Training uses no e-collar and no prong collar, and Avi calls the approach clear, humane guidance.

How it works

It starts with a free call or text about the dog. The first session is an in-home assessment that begins training on the spot, followed by a customized plan built around the dog's triggers and the household's lifestyle. All sessions happen at home and in real-world settings, with a recap and homework after every visit. In-home training costs $140. Training videos show leash work, impulse control and shelter rehab in towns such as Boca Raton, Coral Springs and Parkland.

Background

Avi cites training certifications under Michael Ellis, Larry Krohn and Robert Cabral, is described as official trainer for multiple rescues and shelters, and shows a 5-star Google rating with 125+ reviews. Claire Cornish of POPO Pitbull Rescue wrote that the rescue has trusted Avi "to work with our most reactive and challenging foster dogs".
