About ARKs Pet Academy and Resort

What they offer

ARKs Pet Academy and Resort, at 186 Lep Childress Road in Flora, is mainly a doggie daycare and boarding facility. Its Services page lists dog training among its services, alongside a dog selection consultant, bathing and brushing, grooming and pet sitting, and its home page lists private lessons and boarding lessons under dog training. The site asks owners to email to schedule a dog evaluation for training.

Background

The About page says the business was started in 2021 by Lynn Robinette, who became a certified dog trainer and opened a daycare offering socialization, exercise and mental stimulation. It says the facility accepts unaltered dogs, which it notes many boarding facilities do not.

Good to know

The home page lists hours with a midday closure for a rest period, and new clients are asked to complete a client information form first.
